Our mission is to provide quality and compassionate healthcare to uninsured adults and children—any individual facing financial challenges. Our mobile medical clinics allow us to bring our medical services to both the patients and the underserved areas throughout Northeast Florida. Our mobile medical unit enables us to meet patients where they are, breaking barriers to healthcare access, bridging gaps, and enhancing the overall well-being of community members.
Our Vision
To create a healthier and more inclusive environment where every adult and child, regardless of their location or circumstances, has access to medical care—improving quality of life and improving lifelong health outcomes for individuals and communities.

Impact and Growth of Emmanuel Project
Since our first clinic on October 15, 2022, the demand for our medical services has grown significantly. In the first six months, we provided care to 51 patients. By the end of our second year, that number skyrocketed to 817 children and adults receiving essential medical services. Alongside patient care, we have also reached over 4,500 individuals through health education classes, offered at schools, churches, and through partnerships with local organizations. This growth highlights the urgent need for accessible healthcare in the communities we serve, and we're committed to expanding our impact even further.
Our Patients: Children, Adults & Working Uninsured
We provide medical care to all ages, uninsured, low-income and displaced populations. Our medical unit allows us to take healthcare to the medically underserved and rural areas. With the recent changes to the Federal Poverty Guidelines, our healthcare services also apply to many working families without health insurance coverage, who meet the federal poverty guidelines (ex: for a family of four, household must make $93,600 or less a year to qualify, guidelines provided under the “Appointments Tab”) and the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) threshold. The many households who have jobs, often live paycheck to paycheck and earn too much to qualify for government assistance, but too little to afford essential services like healthcare.
