Our mission is to provide quality and compassionate healthcare to uninsured adults and children—any individual facing financial challenges. Our mobile medical clinics allow us to bring our medical services to both the patients and the underserved areas throughout Northeast Florida. Our mobile medical unit enables us to meet patients where they are, breaking barriers to healthcare access, bridging gaps, and enhancing the overall well-being of community members.

Impact and Growth of Emmanuel Project
Since our first clinic on October 15, 2022, the demand for our medical services has grown significantly. In the first six months, we provided care to 51 patients. By the end of our second year, that number skyrocketed to 817 children and adults receiving essential medical services. Alongside patient care, we have also reached over 4,500 individuals through health education classes, offered at schools, churches, and through partnerships with local organizations. This growth highlights the urgent need for accessible healthcare in the communities we serve, and we're committed to expanding our impact even further.
Who We Serve: Children & Adults
Uninsured, Working Poor without Health Insurance, and Households meeting the Federal Poverty Guidelines of 300% and Below.
A significant portion of Northeast Florida’s population faces financial hardship, with many residents classified under the ALICE threshold. This includes households that meet federal poverty guidelines as well as the working poor, all struggling to make ends meet despite their hard work.
The term “working poor” describes individuals who are employed but still live below the poverty line due to low wages, limited hours, or the high cost of living. They often earn too much to qualify for government healthcare programs but not enough to cover all the basic necessities. As a result, they are frequently forced to choose between paying for rent, food, transportation, or healthcare. This is where we come in, providing free healthcare services. Many of these individuals meet the federal poverty guidelines (guidelines on appointment page) and fall into the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) category, living paycheck to paycheck, often without savings or resources to manage unexpected expenses. The working poor represent a growing segment of our community, deserving of support and access to essential services that provide stability and a path toward a healthy future.
